During Corporate Events its often better to include a second photographer as, many events require photographers to be in two different places at the same time, or to have their cameras setup for two different shooting scenarios.

For example, if we setup our cameras to photograph guests entering and photographing in front of a branded curtain, we should have a different photographer photographing the event as a whole so that all the other moments are not missed.

Calculating travel charges are easy,

We use the shortest distance provided by Google Maps.

1. We look at the one way from Taylor’s Childhood Home to the location of the In Home Photoshoot.

2. We take that number, let’s say its 110 miles, and we subtract 100 from it.

3. We charge $5 per additional mile.

4. You are invoiced a separate travel charge. In our example it would be an additional $50. We do this to help cover the cost of travel, tolls, and extra time spent on the road for the entirety of the drive.

5. If the value comes back preposterous, just reach out here, and we’ll give you a custom quote. For example if you’re in Miami Florida this comes out to $5,000+. If you want to consider it a tip we won’t say no!
